PRISON WELLNESS PROJECT
Freedom begins within.
At Breathe Free, we believe healing is a form of justice.
We recognize that harm is often rooted in trauma, disconnection, and unmet needs—not just individual failure.
Our work creates space for awareness, accountability, and transformation—so cycles can be broken, not repeated..
